Spotted a USB IS-F in Orlando area (Florida's Turnpike this afternoon around 6:20pm going North bound. I was in the south bound lane coming back to MIA and saw some bright LED's and nice shinny paint coming my way... lol
Saw a gray ISF (maybe 2011 model) on I-205 going south around Stark St until Powell Blvd. - Portland OR
And saw a black ISF (year?) on Sunnyside Blvd in Clackamas, OR just a few days ago.

No, I would've remembered the plate if I've seen that. The one infront of Rays had a license plate frame from UC Davis, the one infront of Wente looked super bone stock '08, the other one I saw on the freeway was driven by a younger asian guy and the car had full tint. Couldn't read his plate since he never got behind me or caught up to me

I was probably the black isf on Sunnyside in Clackamas, Oregon. I live out in that area and just got my joe-z exhaust and ppe headers installed and have a 503 motoring rear license plate frame.
I passed a white IS-F on I-680 south bound yesterday just past the I-580 interchange around 2:30pm. I forgot the plate...but it was a name that started with L and ended with a number...maybe it was 27? I should have posted when I got home instead of trying to remember today...haha.
