The other night I had a dream that I was sitting in the ISF and buyin it... One of the best dreams in recent memory. Then I woke up to go to work.

Unforutanly I am still about 14 months out from making this dream reality. Yes I am a finance nerd and I have a excel spread sheet laid out with the cost of the car with options, tax, lic and delivery along with my monthly projected savings and investments for the car. So when it come time to buying the ISF I calculate my payment should be about $400 per month for 48 months.

I think that the wife is also on to me about the ISF and knows that I want it and that she is just going to have to go alone with it. Because we made a deal that if she got to drop her hours at the hospital I would get something I really wanted (ISF). I reminded her of this the other night and she said she knew what I was going to say it was. I hope that was a good way of saying, yup made a deal and I guess I have to stick to it.

I will drive my current car into the ground rather than buy anything but an ISF

Chris, that's a long wait, that's worst then waiting for Christmas. I hope you are planning on getting it at least in Spring, otherwise, you'll have to extend that a few more months - unless you are going to be driving it in the winter?

Yeah thats a long wait I know. I started saving / investing for this car last July. I stoped into Maplewood Lexus on Saturday and talked to a salesman that my family has bought some cars from. He used to work at Stillwater ford. Anyways took me back off the main show floor and let me get a good look at the ISF. Even started it up for a sec Asked him if he though there would be any used ISF's by June next year and he said he doubted it. So I will be looking to order on in the Middle of April next year. But I might just wait a little till august when the 2010's come out. Yeah I will have to drive it during the winter since it will be my only car ( no winter car ). Thats ok though going to put a full clear bra on it

Looking forward to that ride Tony if we can ever get rid of the damn snow up here.
