There is no way you're getting a USDM Skyline this year for 70k! MSRP on the M3 is 55k to 65k. MSRP on the Skyline is much higher, and after taxes and likely 1st year markup it will probably be closer to 90K.

You may be correct that a few dealers will attempt to charge over MSRP for the new M3, but generally, most M3's sold this year will be sold at MSRP. Some dealers in Northern California and Southern California attempt to charge markup on basically every car that they sell. However, at most dealers, you can still get a spot in line for 2008 delivery at MSRP. I don't think the relative demand for the M3 is nearly as high as the GTR. The GTR is produced in a much smaller quantity and enthusiasts have been waiting many years to purchase one.
