Lexus is f (2008) brake lights will not work. Codes ( C1380, C1246, P0504)

My bumper decided to fall of on the interstate after hitting a massive pot hole. (It was sagging pretty bad to begin with) and I believe the previous owner put in aftermarket rear bumper lights. The wires attaching these lights snapped when the bumper came off and my car wouldn’t start. It originally showed P0504. I, for some dumbass reason, attempted to attach these wires to each other. There is one white wire one black and one red. I attached black to black and so on. The car decided to start. However, it seems the brake lights are stuck always on. And 2 new abs codes appeared. C1380 and C1246. Me pressing on the brake pedal has no effect on the lights. Does anyone know how to fix an issue like this. Or what I could’ve possibly done. Please let me know thanks.

Without knowing how the additional wiring was done, no one can begin to guess how to help. This is the big downside to buying a modded car.

Bumper lights are bound to fail. I've had 2 sets fail. When the 1st set failed it blew the brake light fuse and the car wouldn't start. Apparently it's a safety feature. The 2nd set cause a VSC light. IMO, the best thing to do is to trace the wiring to the tails, disconnect them and insulate.
