There is this clicking noise coming from the cd area, radio will not change from Blue tooth setting & shows Audio off, cannot change to AM or FM. I can switch to Navigation & backup camera works.

 

I have not experienced this. My first task would be to remove the power for a minute or two then restore - it could be a software lockup and it's a load less expensive than a visit to a dealership!

See if you can locate the radi/nav fuse or otherwise disconnect the live side of the battery.

 

Clicking noise sounds like a jammed CD. Did u put a CD in there?

when I bought mine, i put 1 CD to see if the changer would work and never put one in or used it again. My 1st gen IS changer jammed up ALL the time.
