ISC Tires
Based on some searches it looks like the tires on the ISC wears out quickly (~ 20K miles vs. what I’m used to on my GX460, e.g. ~ every 40K miles). Is this because the front and back are different sizes? Is ~ 20K miles for all 4 tires typical? Are there better range tires out there?
Thanks in advance.

Some folks my be experiencing 20K if they are really spirited in their driving or switch to ECT Power and turn off traction control (especially with the 350 ;-) I'm looking at those Pilots too when my dealer installed tires give up the ghost. The price for a full set isn't too much more than the Michelins I just put on my Toyota Sienna.

The Bridgestone Turanza tires that came on my car are wearing very unevenly and the handling is starting to be noticeably worse.. Front end wander all over the place. 26K miles on the tires... Putting Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+ on tomorrow. 45,000 lifespan, according to the web. I had PS2's on my M3 and liked them. Hope these are equally as good.

I have a 2010 IS250C with 34K on the stock Bridgestones.
I need to replace them but I'll wait till next spring as I don't drive the Lexus much during the winter months

I replaced my OEM with Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 about a year ago based on performance ratings and customer reviews on TireRack.com. So far so good and I drive a lot! The OEM Bridgestone Turanza tires were horrible and showed uneven wear as TomDac mentioned.

Wife got 19K miles on her car 250ISC original Bridgestones. She is not an aggressive driver at all. Dealer recommending Goodyears as replacements. More expensive than Bridgestones but less costly than Michelins. Anyone had Goodyears?

Did you go with the Goodyears? I've got 20,100 miles on my IS250C with Turanza EL400-02 and dealer is recommending Goodyear Eagle Sport AS as a replacement.

miles per tire will be tire, driver, and condition dependant. I got a new set of pirelli tires when I bought mine.
when they run out, i'll just buy some cheap high performance all seasons from tire rack. Looks to be about $400 for a set of HPAS's off tirerack, even on the 18's
