LED fog lights

Im trying to install some fog lights. I want LED and I was hoping to get green. But they are really hard to find. Some on Ebay were not working with my car. They were GREEN 9006/HB4/9012 18 SMD/SMT LED LIGHT BULBS BUMPER FOG/DRIVING LAMPS PAIR

Do I need a decoder?

Help!
