Definitely not a direct fit on the IS. If you search the Main 2IS forum there are two threads re this modification. one by ccjdan and one by hks350.

I was actually thinking about this with the Wald front lip for the GS
. Not really feeling the rear and that stick on fender add on.

agreed. a drop for starters. But that grill looks really off or is it just me. Doesnt seem clean and flush like CCJ's and HKS350s
