Hey guy,

Just a question for other IS-C owners out there. Have you noticed your navigation screen to be faded a bit per-maturely? My Fiance's 2010 Convertible's screen looks like **** with fingerprint stains embedded in the screen and with a lot of fade in general. We brought the car to Lexus of Manhattan and they said this was normal (I thought that was b.s.). Thanks guys for any advice.

Introduction
Some 2010 - 2012 model year IS 250C/350C vehicles may exhibit a smudged or scratched multi-display. Customers will notice that the display cannot be wiped clean The protective film on the display has been enhanced to reduce the potential for damage

Repair Procedure
If the multi-display exhibits the condition described in the Introduction, replace it with a new one. Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) applicable model and model year Repair Manual:

put an anti-glare film protection. I just put on my looks great !!
