Problem with top - help please!

I have a 2010 IS350C. The top is up, but I'm getting the message "OP.SUSPENDED" on the display. If I try to open or close, it says "set luggage cover". And I cannot open the trunk because the computer thinks the top is not completely closed.

What do I do?
