"suspension" could mean a host of things (ie- springs, shocks, sway bars, chassis stiffening bars, etc etc etc)

However, simple answer: Yes, the sedan shocks/springs (or coilovers) will supposedly bolt up, however that doesn't mean that they're correct for the car. I don't believe that the verts don't share the same part #'s as their sedan equivalents. I know that the f-sport stuff was different for sedan vs vert.

What specifically are you wondering about? Also, may wanna check out the ISC thread for other owners that have modified their ISC's.

My brother in law's IS250C has Megan LP coilovers and on the website, they are listed as 10k front and 12k rear. Same coilover but for a ISx50 has 12k front and 8k rear. Suspension looks like they interchangeable but springs/shocks are different.

To be more specific, is the fsport shocks and springs for the vert very similiar to the sedan fsport shocks and springs? Or does anyone know the springs rates of the fsport sedan vs the vert?
