Default Took an IS250C for a ride today..

Sweet machine.

Looks great, lots of trunk space.
A bit longer than the IS250.
Rear deck a bit taller with a bit more rounding.

Ride was nice, felt very stable and tight. Very little cowl vibration with top down.

My feeling though is the 250 is a bit underpowered for the extra 500lbs. Accelleration seemed to lag from my 250AWD.

If I go with a "C", I would probably go with the IS350C for the extra power.

If money wasn't an issue, I think we'd all go for the 350. This model will go for a horrific amount of money in it's first model year. Someone posted in Edmunds stating their 350C lease quote was $943 a month!!!

Looks like sticker on an IS350C with luxury and nav is around $51K-$52K
The IS250 looks to be about $3K cheaper at $48K

Markup over invoice is ~$5K

I don't like the appearance of the rear of the car when the top is up. Looks like an IS and a SC mashed together.

Top down looks good, though.

My dad drove it and looked at getting one but they didnt have the 350c available for awhile. I told him it needed some nice rims so it would look alittle more aggressive otherwise it was kinna girly specially the 250.
