Let me add my congrats as well.
I did some extensive 250IC test driving this last weekend with my wife, who really wanted an SC but, ahem....a bit rich for our blood. I agree that its a fantastic ride, top up AND down.....but my main issue is that it just seems more sedan-like than sporty.
I was really shocked by this because I figured that seeing the first 2 door IS variant in a convertible would be a great conbination. My wife likes the IS and IS-F but can't figure out why they don't offer a two door version so we had high expectations for our time with the IS-C. Bottom line, felt more like a convertible ES than IS. Not a bad car at all...just not in the really sporty convertible league with the Z4 or SLK as I thought it would be.
P.S. And yes, the back/rear just doesn't seem to flow right....adding to the whole "sedan-oriented" look rather than IS-centric feel.

Were you around Belt Pkwy @ Brooklyn NY last Saturday afternoon?
I saw an ISC exactly same as yours with a PA plate. I was behind it for a quite while.
I was like, Oh IS-F when I briefly saw the front because of the color, then oh wait, it's 2D. The new ISC!
