Has anybody figured out an OEM solution to solve the rear ebrake challenge when converting to the GSF/RCF rear brakes?

Not that I've seen. Options seem to be put the parking brake actuators under/behind the back seat and NEVER use the parking brake....or go with an aftermarket kit like BBMS.

The stock rear brakes seem up to task even from mild track use, but I wouldn't mind having matching blue OEM F calipers for the rear too.

This is the only "OEM" option available.

It's a brand new part number, you won't find anything about it online. If you Google that part number, most/all results are for other part numbers instead, because there are no results for these specific part numbers. Read the results you're seeing carefully.

Production of these backing plates started last month. You can likely get them on order with a local dealership, but it may be some time before they are readily available, and definitely some time before you'll see them populate in online sources.

Ahh I'm blind. I see now.

Very awesome! Hopefully the price point is about the same. I would gladly spend 70 - 90 bucks rather than chopping up an oem piece.

They're different. The RC F and GS F use different knuckle bolt patterns for both the backing plate and the hub/bearing assembly compared with the RC/21+ 3IS/4GS (non-F).

Jeff, that is awesome! Thank you for providing that and confirming they are new and different from existing backing plates on other cars!

I did the same...searched and came up with older model backing plates then once Jeff putted it out, I realized the part number coming up was slightly different. Hoping the price is similar as well and definitely prefer buying a new OEM part and being able to save the stock ones.
