IS 500 advice

I use this Apple CarPlay dongle and it works well:

It starts up within 10 seconds and is very stable. Every now and then, like once every two months, at start up the screen may be blank although playing music. Those times I just unplug it from USB port and plug it back in and good to go.

I am far from an expert but it appears that it falls under the telematics section (labeled DCM) under the engine compartment fuse box
for the IS 350, it would be located here (you can maybe look in your diagram in the owner's manual if its the same)

I am not saying I am right but maybe worth looking to see if you can find that one
