Yea that's the range I'm thinking too. The upgraded brakes will be most of the MSRP bump imo. Then some scumbag dealers will be adding "market adjustment" bs too. :thumbdn:

I don't know why it's taking so long for Lexus to announce the MSRP either.

Also, Toyota used to post the production schedule for the Tahara plant for anyone to look at. I used to look at it and it was pretty cool but they stopped uploading a while ago. I'm thinking August 1st is when they'll actually start assembling the UE cars. Total guess on my part.

Is Wind a metalic/pearl or regular color? Any overtones of other colors mixed in it? Also, I presume a shade lighter than Incognito?

pearl based

Interesting. A mix of incognito/ ice edge with some sparkle. I dig it

ice edge looks good in person, just needs some sparkle for sure.

Exciting the see the Ultimate Edition and Wind color. Pretty neat to see the pearl in a lighter grey. I'll be hanging on to my current Iridium but ordered GSF blue calipers and looking forward to be able to get the factory dust shields to swap over with those so I can keep original parts intact.

Anyone been able to find part numbers for the new UE dust shields?

it’s gonna be a few months before that part number is available. the vehicle itself hasn’t even arrived yet…

My hope would be they work with IS F calipers. If the UE brakes mean the spare does not work then I am not interested in them anymore.

I'm holding out that possibly the UE comes with spare that fits these instead of a can of fix-a-flat though I'm doubtful. my backup plan is a spare from modern spare and last I heard they came out with one that matches IS500 lug seat.

I think all IS 500s come with a spare tire. It's on a yellow wheel!

See:

So far, but none had the larger front brakes coming for the UE. We will see.

i doubt they’d cut corners and delete the spare tire.

Bechtold Jul 22, 2025 12:35 PM

The main concern is people here who have put on the RC F / GS F front brakes and then the spare did not fit. So it is a possibility considering the GS F and RC F in the USA did not get a spare.

^^^^Or they got a new spare wheel:uh:

I am surprised by little new information is available on something that should start arriving at dealers within a month or so.
