Yes! Mine came after 10 weeks. Took it to a reputable shop and they showed me both the driver and passenger side.Originally Posted by xCharmCity

They showed how the passenger side mid section arrived defective which then resulted in the muffler hanging unevenly. They also had to put zipties on the exhaust to limit the rattling which is still obnoxious at idle. They said everything from the passenger side axle back would have to be replaced. I’ve been going back and forth through email with them. I’ve even given two points of contacts at the shop and nothing was resolved.

hmmm. I ordered the first week of April and installed the same week. Wondering if maybe I’m having the same issues. I also am having awful vibration at idle. Let me know if you get yours resolved. I plan on making the trip back up to RR Racings shop when my schedule frees up. Originally Posted by FlawdaMan

We have spoke with your points of contact at the shop and no one was able to explain to us what the problem was. They promised us pictures of the problem so we can get it resolved with the manufacturer but those pictures never came. How can we possibly rectify " It's defective, we put zip ties on it" without knowing what's defective? These parts are all made in a Jig so if we don't know what's wrong on your end all we can do is send the same part from the same Jig. Originally Posted by FlawdaMan

Also, Filing a C.C. dispute without sending the parts back doesn't help.

Shout out to RR racing you have another satisfied customer. I just drove the car with the stock exhaust from San Antonio to Pikes peak then Estes Park in CO and came back to this and as much as I liked the car beforehand now, I LOVE IT! Keep up the good work. Thank you for supporting the industry with these products.
Nice pics! Always happy to see another Cloudburst owner on the road.Originally Posted by DonewithGM

It turned the car into something I was almost getting bored with due to how restricting the stock sound was into a true masterpiece, I chose this company and it hit all the boxes as they advertised. The power gain is noticeable as well. It's not super loud but lets people know especially in city driving that the car has a V8 without a doubt without sounding like it's stupid loud like lots of other American sports cars I have owned that just make lots of noise without the quality of the sound itself. If you are on the market and don't want to overdo it and spend too much, I would pull the trigger. You can dump your therapist for this exhaust and save a lot of money in the end. Videos online give you a hint of it but once you start it in person it's impossible not to smile. You won't be disappointed.Shout out to RR racing you have another satisfied customer. My RR Racing Bazooka was installed at the Lexus dealership. They had no issues. The system has worked flawlessly since install. Very well made and bad to the bone!

I love a business with zero ethics. Please take accountability when you send a defective product. Based on how you responded to xCharmCity, it looks like when something is wrong it’s the always the customer’s fault. Originally Posted by RRRacing

Your policy states to send photos and contact within 24 hours. I sent five photos and emailed same day. I gave you two points of contact at one of the most reputable exhaust shops in my city and the owner was glad to talk to you. He even text me that he talked to you all and explained everything and that the conversation was good and that you (Rafi or Justin) understood. Then I get an email saying you guys are still confused.
I didn’t even come on the forum first. When you all started playing games after I spent over $3k for a defective product that came late, yes I contacted my credit card. Then Rafi, the Founder and CEO, sent me a wildly long aggressive email late night on July 4th, an odd time for a business response. I obviously tried to resolve this (even still am as I agreed I’d take it to the shop AGAIN this Saturday morning) but you all escalated the situation.
Also don’t advertise a product will take 4-6 weeks to ship when you know it’ll take 8-10 weeks. That’s a shady business practice and you know it. I don’t know if this is Rafi, Justin, or Liz talking but I’m going to email you back. I don’t appreciate this false narrative you’re creating nor does the shop.

Guys, if you intend to work together to solve the issue, I would suggest you do so privately unless you want other forum members weighing in on your business.
Is this defect causing the rattle truly unfixable by your local shop? It must be seriously defective.
