I see someone else mentioning running 19x10.5's in rear and 10x9.5's in front. Do these fit without any rubbing? Is +35 offset what you need for that?

I'd like to push out the wheels just slightly at some point (maybe 19x10's and 10x9's) without spacers, and I love the look of wider wheels so I was thinking of pushing out the wheel maybe 1/2" by getting wider rims.

Default Is500 wheels

Would stock lc500 wheels fit on the is500? They are 20s, and the fronts are 245/45RF20 and the rears are 275/40RF20. Some guy near me is selling his set for 900 and I want a set of chrome wheels and I think they would look good, but I’m not sure about fitment. I dont want them to poke out and I dont want any rubbing, but I’m sure with these wheels the wheel gap would be a lot less, which i like, but I’m really not sure how the fitment would be.

^^^^No, not even close. The bolt circle and the lug size are different.

@kimjin19 @AtomicIS500

Have either of you experienced any rubbing with your tire sizes? Looking to upgrade to 20s as well and thinking 245/35-20 front and 275/30-20 rear would be ideal.

Work Emotion ZR10s in Asterism Black
19x8.5 +38/19x9.5 +38
Front is 7mm further than stock, rear is 22mm
OEM sized Yokohama tires(ordering 275 rear tires soon to replace the 265s)

I had the wheels custom machined to accept M14 and M12 lugbolts so I didn't have to run conversion studs.

Surprised there's not more interest in running 18's here... I know the options might not be as plentiful as 19+ but figured more of you would try to cut a little extra weight (although maybe thats my Lotus ownership peaking out)?

if I was tracking the 500 I would go 18s but 19s is kinda best of both worlds (looks and performance) and 20s is more for looks

Would 18s clear the front brakes?

18s can clear our front brakes and some 18s can even clear the RCF front brakes, but it's pushing it. It would be a case by case basis.

I think the lug size throws a bit of a hurdle into the options as well... at least from my limited searching. Still wonder why Lexus choose to go with lug bolts @ M14x1.5

For 10.5s you'd need around a +52 offset, it's a tight fit
