Default Engine Cover Removal

Hi Everyone. Are there any tricks to removing the engine cover? I have searched and haven't found instructions. I don't want to pull/push/slide in the wrong spot. On another (non-Lexus) car I owned there was a sequence to removing the engine cover - pull up in the back and slide forward. I didn't find out that correct sequence until after a broke a front clip. Any help would be appreciated.

Just gently pull up starting from either the front or the back on a corner. There is not really a trick to it. The engine cover is just held in by some little pegs that slide into some fairly soft rubber-ish grommets.
