Default Rear Camera Trim Removal

I have a 2017 Lexus IS 300 and my rear camera is broken. I am trying to replace it myself, however, I cannot get the trim surrounding the camera off. As far as I can tell I need to remove these grommets somehow. Anyone have advice for how to get these things off?
Thanks!

You can use long needle nose pliers and press on the two tabs on each side (left and right) then pull from the outside or push from the inside. I believe that should allow you to remove the camera, the top and bottom of that plastic piece doesn't look like there are locking tabs so you should be fine.

You need to remove the tail lights on the truck to get that plastic trim off.
