Default Scraping noise while driving, stops when braking

Scraping noise while driving, the noise goes away when I press the brake.
Any of you guys experienced this type of situation before?

If it stops making the noise when you apply the brakes, it could be the brake pad (or rotor?) wear indicators. Older cars used to do that, not sure if Toyota/Lexus uses that type of system these days.

I believe this is the wheel hub (1 possibility). And mentioned above, maybe brake indicator, seems counterintuitive but you will hear metal clanking when your pads are near the end of it's life. You will know it's metal to metal when the brakes start grinding on the rotors
