Anyone know if there is a new sequence to trigger it for the 2021 models? I'm going to the track this weekend so I'd like to have all the nannies off.
So far I've tried RCF and GSF sequences with no luck.
By trigger "it" you mean disable traction/stability control? Based on earlier models in the generation you should be able to simply hold the trac button with your foot on the brake in park for 5 seconds. Wait past the initial read out warning in the gauge. It's completely disabled once the orange indicator lights up. This is what I use for test n tunes and AutoX.
Just hold the traction button. The issue with any car "peddle dance" is that you also turn off the ABS system completely. According to a factory insider from Toyota, this also has the effect of disabling brake biasing (it won't bias to the front wheels).

I can still feel that the traction control button doesn't remove all off the aids. ABS doesn't turn off with pedal dance, I've done it on a 2016 IS/other Toyotas, I guess I'll just have to be patient and wait for the sequence to pop-up one of these days.

Are you sure you are holding down the traction button long enough? I was able to slide my 2016 IS 300 around in the snow with no noticeable intervention from the stability control by using that method.
I also tried the pedal dance, and I did not notice a difference.
