Who has the Lexion infotainment system?
To get the Backup Camera to work, You have to plug in the backup camera labeled(yellow) to the other end of the Camera labeled wire (Yellow). Once you do that, head to SETTINGS, Scroll down to ADVANCED settings. Password is 8868123. Scroll down to Camera CAMERA TYPE, Change from ORIGINAL to CVBS. Once that is down, try the reverse gear out. It should be able to work.
To get the audio to work, You have to go back to your Lexus stock UI, go to SOURCE and change to AUX and stay in AUX. Head back to carplay and play a sample music. Should work. If it doesn't, try to crank up the volume or head to the android SETTINGS and VOLUME SETTINGS and change the SYSTEM SETTINGS volume. to get calls directed to your Lexus, your phone will have to be paired via BLUETOOTH but you must stay in AUX mode to get sound to work. To make Siri work, you must head to SETTINGS, scroll down to VOICE BUTTON SETTING and change it to CARPLAY. What that does is when you are on the home screen of the android interface, and you press down the press to talk button on the lexus steering wheel, it will launch the Zlink Application to get carplay to work. Once Carplay is up and running, you press that same button on the steering wheel, and that will activate SIRI (well it should. Dont have an iphone but an android, but should work in similar fashion).
Dont like the aspect ratio and want to stretch the Original Lexus UI screen border to border? Go to SETTINGS in the Android Interface, go to ADVANCED SETTINGS, Type in 8868123. Scroll down to VIDEO INPUT SETTINGS and change it to FULLSCREEN. Use with Caution though because with that setting, not only does it makes the Lexus UI stretch to full screen, but that also makes your backup camera stretched, as well as any AUX video source you decide to plug into the unit.
As for getting internet to work on the Unit, you must have hotspot and link it the the unit. The only application I have installed so far that does not need internet and is useful is SYGIC Navigation Offline. I bought the Map package which is currently on sale now until the 27th of December. Chose the North America 50 States+Traffic (Traffic need internet to work). It was originally 99.99 down to like 17.00. It didnt hurt to purchase it. Downloaded all the States Maps via WIFI and tried out the accuracy of the offline navigation. All i can say is that the offline GPS Navigation does its job quite well. A tad slow on the turning side. Could be the GPS module that came with the unit, but voice prompts are quite spot on at least on the NEW YORK side. I am currently waiting for another GPS module I have purchased to try and see if it made a difference in more signal pick up, but will have to wait and see once the package arrives. Voice prompt volume is an issue for me as the Volume setting for the Nav does not make a difference when you change the percentage. It still remain just as loud as your own music playing. (still waiting for response from Lexion).
Micro SD slot does work to add more memory if you think 64 GB is not enough, but must be formatted to FAT32 partition in order for android to read.
There is no android updated as of now according to LEXION because they said that android 8.1 is the most stable for car interface. They said that units that ship with Android 10 are fake and they will have a video of it to prove it soon (according to what I have received in the email). They said that I should not think of this as an android tablet because there are certain things that android 8.1 is better optimized for car interface than android 10. They however did not rule out that an update can happen, but I doubt it for now.
I'm still learning the ins and out and also trying to communicate with Lexion, but it seems like I'm getting one response (with multiple answers) per week and not per day so it is hard to be patient.
This is all based on My installation on my 2016 LEXUS NX 200T (not professionally installed as I have installed BEATSONIC's unit before), But I assume all Plugs and interfaces are just as similar as the rest of the entire line-up. After all, Lexus is know for its outdated interfaces and entertainment system. That's one of the reasons why we all want to head to this direction to make our driving experience so much better.

Lexion is taking a long time to respond because they have to ask the original manufacturer (carsyso) which is based in China. Lexion is just a reseller of the unit. Off-topic, but I tried contacting Caryso to buy this unit directly from them but they told me they don’t sell to consumers directly.
Been there done that. They told me go buy it from Lexion. I also told them that their cover panels are slightly larger than OEM one and fitment was questionable (mind you it's on my NX) and no response from lexion. I've provided pictures and everything through their WhatsApp. I also asked a good amount of questions. So far it has been week 1 with no response. They cant hide from me because I see their time stamps the last time they logged into whats app (not a stalker but an app feature) I know they will hate me as a customer but hey, you paid a hefty amount, you expect some level of support. Besides I'm doing them a favor so they can take note and improve on their product experience on the next few customers they're able to grab. I'm still going to ask a few more question and fill up their inbox. I know they can be busy, but you just cant ignore customers especially for those who already bought the unit. Keep saying easy this easy that, sure it may be easy but providing a manual or instruction or feature booklet would be nice. I know they are just resellers but it's their job to improve product experience and support if they decide to slap on their logo for that.

It’s funny Lexion was very proactive in the beginning but then maybe sales guy realized he can’t make that much money from commission and stopped responding completely. He figured this is a small market not a lot are willing to spend $900.
I think he is a "One Man Band". Every time I try to contact support, I always get the same guy. He's customer support, and a CEO. Not only that, but I suspect that this is his side job. He has another "main" business that installs other things onto different cars and not just head-units (has another different company name which I will not disclose).
Hey need some help, changed the AndroidAP hotspot settings and now CarPlay doesn’t connect. Does anyone have the original hotspot name and password? I suspect zlink app is trying to use default credentials and I already changed them

edit: I still need the default hotspot name and password!!
You can always set everything back to Factory Settings. its in the settings. I dont think Hotspot has anything to do with Carplay in my opinion.
the reset to default only works for WiFi and Bluetooth settins, the hotspot is still changed. And CarPlay ONLY works with hotspot, there’s no Bluetooth.
not who you are replying to but lexion only took WesternUnion lol don’t really blame him, it’s very likely just one guy and obviously it’s not a finished commercial product so I kinda looked at it as a no returns type of product, especially when the company is overseas

wouldn't let me access password.
edit: got the password:
I got the ergo touchpad and usb bluetooth adapter coming in the mail. Might look around for a dash cam that can connect to Android. Also is there a way to add a cell phone plan for this instead of relying on my phone’s hotspot? Like a usb 5G modem or something?
Is this better than the Grom vline 2? According to GS forum, they are based in the US and offer better customer service support. Checking their site now, they do have authorized installers 5 miles from me. This is the only video I found so far for our model https://youtu.be/4vAx6lBNN3E
