So I called the Lexus dealership out of curiosity to see if there was any recalls for my 2018 IS350 F Sport. There is one, there is a recall on the fuel pump. My car has 25k miles on it and runs perfect. I am asking you guys here what would you do? Should I drive the 4 hr to the dealership and let them remove and replace the fuel pump at no cost or just drive it? Again this would be covered under warranty. What would you do?

 

Yes, do the recall. It's for most 2017 and 2018 IS. It took less than a couple hours on mine.

 

They give you a full tank of gas so go in empty lol, I had mine on my 2018

 

For 2017, the info I found did not list the 2017 IS300,
only the 2017 IS200t. So it looks like my 2017 IS300
is okay.
