Hey guys,
My steering wheel was starting to surprisingly show wear already (2015 with 85k), so I started to look for replacements. This lead me down the rabbits hole, and I ended up taking a chance on one of these newer LED wheels. There's not a lot of documentation out there for these, but I was able to run 12V through my wheel with the wonderful help of @Sasnuke , and for future reference, that thread is here https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ing-wheel.html
Anyways, there is not much to be said, the install aside of running 12V is pretty straight forward, so here's some pics and videos.
Looks pretty neat. If I had a BMW I would have to get that expensive M performance wheel with the built in display. How dose this wheel feel like in hand at the 9 & 3 position? Comfortable for long periods?

I am not sure yet, I just finished it installing it last night. I did ask them to make it a little more padded in the sharper areas of the wheel, and from my short drives with it, it feels great.

You couldn't have gotten the pin terminals that quick...or maybe you did!
Love the shift lights! That is some race car stuff. Very nice.
I'm with Sasnuke, seems you never mentioned what the brand of wheel is.
These wheels are still somewhat newish in the car scene, and I think sell a little high for rebranders to offer them as their own. I paid around $600 from these guys, and they seem to be the cheapest on these. https://zhipaimaoyi.en.alibaba.com/
Thanks for the link...the wheels look pretty nice. Seems like they can customize the finish to whatever you want...even alcantara.
Make sure that bluetooth dongle powers down when the car is off. I've seen some that have a small light on them and when the vehicle was parked for an extended period of time the car battery died.
