Warranty and recalls

Warranty and recalls
Is there any place to look for Warranty and recalls for our cars? I have checked lexus website and other websites. The only recalls I see are safety related. How can we see the NON safety recalls or just issues that are covered under warranty but they only do it when customer complains about it. They do a good job at hiding those service bulletins.
Like i just called dealership and she said there is no recall or warranty. They i explained how my screen is peeling off and then she says Oh yeah but that is not safety related. but It will be under warranty. Apparently the warranty on that part is till December 2022 and she diddnt tell me. i had to ask her because i had read it on here of others having this issue.
So IF ANY ONE knows how to access those NON safety recalls or repairs that are under warranty please let me know.
