No power-folding for the US at least. You can tell in the leaked vids when they showed the driver-side door panel. The button configurations for the mirrors are still exactly the same. I don't know why Lexus didn't add this in because I think all its other sedan models have it, not to mention its direct German competitors have it too. Not the end of the world, but it would have definitely been nice.

I know in Asia there is power-folding because it's a requirement due to congested cities and tight spaces.

This is350 is dead upon arrival for what they claim as a “sports” sedan. We all know what the enthusiast wants, and it ain’t a 15 year old engine.

Man, they couldn't even give the non-F Sport version the digital instrument cluster? Come on!

That's what happens when upgrading to FSport is only for aesthetics. Performance from the base model to the FSport model is identical, so the only incentive to upgrade is the gauge, grille, wheels (not anymore) and the seats. If you include the gauge cluster on the base model it's one less incentive to upgrade.

Nope, F Sport is now limited to 3.5l engine only.

Has anyone had a teaser and a supposed big reveal for what turned out to be a minor facelift? The thrill of driving is back....

i’m guessing making the f-sports 350’s only is to get more people to buy the higher trim IS since they don’t sell all that many 350’s today

I was hoping that the AWD model would finally come with the 8 speed transmission. I know a lot is said about the old 3.5l, but the 6 speed is outdated and needs to go. Due to the climate I have to stick to awd and the 6 speed is a dealbreaker for me.

I just find it quite dull and mostly the same as the previous model. This is not an exciting looking car whatsoever to me.

I wonder does this car finally have LED turn signals for both front and back for the US/Canada market? It will be a disappointment if this car still does not have them.

I wouldn't be surprised if the base model TLX is as fast as the V6 IS350. I think the new IS is a good looking car though. Too bad it's all looks and no go.

Not a fan of the new design. What I loved about the 3IS (had a 2015 F Sport) was that it looked sleek, aggressive and sporty.

I feel like the re-design brings the aggressiveness down and looks more like a car that you'd buy in your retirement.

Yeah, that I don't get that at all. It didn't change THAT much and is more up to date with some tech. I think the lines on the side are more aggressive, the front is almost the same, a little cleaner with the lights. The back lights to me is the only thing people seem to be split on.....to me that isn't enough to call it an old man's car. Lol

Question Tlx??

wtf is with all this TLX talk as well as comparing an "Acura" to a Lexus? Apples to Oranges. Infiniti MIGHT be a better comparison.

Have you ever test drive a TLX? The TLX is soooooo HUM DRUM BORING... Can you even get a TLX in RWD?

You can compare a TLX only to a Lexus ES... MAYBE.

For me it's the front, it looks more flatter versus the older 3IS where I feel like it looks like it's cutting through the air.

I guess the best way for me to describe the 2021, is it's more refined or mature. Not for me but I'm sure others will like it.
