Default Installing Apexi Smart Accel Controller

Hey guys, I'm having trouble removing the clip to install the controller. Searched the threads but other than people saying it took them a long time to remove, I can't find any good techniques, or If there's something I can remove to make this easier.

If anyone has done this with ease, or figured out a good way to remove the clip connected to the throttle, let me know!

Yes, I've seen his video, but his as well just talks about how it took him a long time, and the next clip is it being removed.

Looking for specific techniques if anyone has any.

Maybe try a jewlers flathead screwdriver to pressdown the tab. Thats my go to whenever i cant get a connector out.
