Default Replacement OEM TPMS sensors issue?

I purchased a set of tpms sensors off eBay. They’re supposed to be direct OEM replacement with same model number than the EOM. The car recognized them, but did not displayed the PSI on the dash. The light is not an issue, but I was wondering if I could get the psi displayed like the OEMs. Since they’re direct fit replacements. I even used the Carista app to set em and everything went well, like I said, 0 issues with the light.

The 3IS is picky when it comes to TPMS sensors. AFAIK, only the actual OEM sensors will display the PSI. Even the 2IS sensors, which are the same stock number but different part number, will not display the PSI in the gauge cluster.

When I bought a set of wheels and tires for winter use, for my 2014 IS350 AWD, from TireRack.com, I had them include and install the sensors. Don’t know if they were OEM (I suspect they are not), but they work fine (scanned the IDs, and entered via OBD).

Do they display the PSI on the dash? I was able to register mines with the carista app, the light is off, but it won't show the PSI on the dash. In reality, not a big deal so long the light stays off and come on if necessary.

I bought oem sensors from the dealer and had it installed via discount tire on my new wheels. Had the dashes and then the tpms light came on. Went back to discount and they fixed it in a matter of minutes.
