Maybe some specs on the rim(s) may help with tire size recommendations.

Here are some recommendations (my personal choice would be the middle 19 inch set):
Stock F-Sport Wheel specs
18X8 +40 225/40/18
18X8.5 +50 255/35/18
19 inch upgrade with staggered fitment (to keep the exact same tire circumference as the stock 18 inch wheels - no offset as that is wheel manufacturer specific):
19X8.5 225/35/19
19X9.5 255/30/19
19 inch upgrade with staggered fitment - with plus size on tires:
19X8.5 235/35/19
19X9.5 265/30/19
19 inch upgrade with staggered fitment - with plus plus size on tires:
19X8.5 245/35/19
19X9.5 275/30/19
