Default vossen wheels...

trying to go with a 19x8,5 ...19x 10 staggered setup with an is350 awd
f sport. 2015.. being told the car will perform sluggish.. any thoughts? true or false

Ride quality is subjective. You might prefer the ride of the 19s over the 18s.

Enter the tire you would use on a wheel and tire calculator and see how this affects your RPMs for a given speed. By definition (not opinion) a larger circumference would affect your acceleration. It could be close, or the same, not sure. That's why do your homework first =)
