Default Does the IS 250 need to be warmed up?

I have a subscription to Lexus Enform, I want to make sure the car is healthy, but the warm weather has come around.. idk why I have OCD driving a car when the engine is completely cold.. Obviously I am not romping on it when it's cold but is it ok to drive when engine is cold?

Edit: I want to discontinue the Enform service that is why I am asking

I am not trying to be rude, but if it wasn't okay to drive a car when the engine is cold (which every car's engine is cold when it's been off for a while) then we would all have damaged engines. So yes, it is perfectly fine to drive a car whose engine is cold. As long as you're not smashing the pedal down until it warms up, it will be fine.

”cold” like morning time in California and “cold” like where I am in Canada are 2 totally diff things. In really, really cold weather, like where I live,I let my car warm up for a few min..maybe 3-5 min..I have to as you can’t drive with a frozen front and rear windshield and I figure it’s good to let the fluids and everything warm up slowly before taking off. In the spring, summer & fall its more like 20-30 seconds warm up before I drive, just enough time to put on my seatbelt, put on the radio, set the hvac temp and go. Ultimately just don’t mash the pedal or accelerate to hard before it reaches operating temperature which is approximately half way between the top and bottom of the temperature gauge.
