thanks . wow that site is a little confusing a lot of options as far as what version and model then they have 3 different options to pick from the part. I had to google the model hahaha . i just emailed them and gave my vin # and told them i wanted the upgraded lower control arm bushing and save myself the hassel of buying the wrong one.

I didn't, but I would recommend the GS F bushings. They are rubber, just like the OE IS bushings, but are stiffer.

i just put that exact numbers in, and then checked out i hope i did it right that site is really confusing haha.

Yes, they bolt up as they are the same size, but the bushing is stiffer material. You can also buy aftermarket ones, but they are poly and much stiffer, as well as double or triple the price. Similarly, the GS shares some suspension components with our cars as well -- apparently the BC Racing coilovers specified for GS AWD will fit IS AWD.
