Default 2016 IS 300 with slight wobble/vibration

I'm currently in the process of buying a 2016 Lexus IS300. When doing a test drive I feel slight wobble but they're mechanic says other wise. It's faint but there. Tires are blanced, front end aligned, tire pressure good. Tires on back are 90% front are 70%. Given this is such a huge by I'm nervous and just want to know any possibilities that I'm not seeing or they are admitting to. Please any help or advice will be greatly appreciated

Where's the wobble? Can you describe it a little more?

I would be nervous if the "mechanic" says otherwise. He should not be dismissing your concerns. You have every right to have suspicions if there is anything that feels wrong when driving. Then again, there are only so many things it could be - alignment or wheel balance, for instance, are the first two that come to mind. My only advice is, insist that there is an issue that you want investigated. Otherwise, just try to find a different car.

Best of luck.

bce - My advice is that if you are feeling something is not right, walk away!! Usually, when people test drive a vehicle, that is when everything feels great and people are giddy and often miss the obvious issues....as the honeymoon settles, little quirks come out. If you felt something off during the test drive, I would walk away,

Now you mentioned alignment, balancing and tire % wear but have you noticed any uneven tire wear?

Pass, if a dealerships brushes you off now then they will be useless if you ever need anything.

Where do you feel the wobble? Steering wheel or in the seat?
I would say only if this car is exactly what you want and the only negative is the wobble, then try to resolve it somehow...with or without the dealer.

But if you have other options for an IS, then move on from this one.
If the dealer is saying there is nothing wrong, but you feel there is, then I don't see either side budging on the wobble.
