Yes 60K on plugs. Don’t really don’t know why but these direct injected motors put some stress on plugs. I’ve pulled quite a few at 60K that looked like they had 120k+ miles on them. (Worn electrode, carbon tracks running up the porcelain)
Changed mine at 58K myself and they all looked good except one and even then it wasn't that bad. I did bore scope the cylinder and didn't see anything out the norm so I don't have a clear answer why that one for burning richer.
14 IS350 F sport for reference.
It's a spark plug. Never heard of it being covered by a warranty unless you had some sort of service plan. It's a normal wear and tear part plus it's pretty inexpensive.
Plugs are considered consumables like tires, brake pads, filters and so on, unless its a clear clear VERY CLEAR case of DOA plug, you will pay for it and even then if its DOA I am almost sure your going to still pay for labor to R&R the plug itself.
I haven't even purchased my IS350 yet, but I can't imaging this being very difficult. You just need some extensions and probably some patience if the spark plugs towards the back of the motor are hard to reach.

I did mine in 45 minutes, 5 are simple, one will take a bolt or two more to get too.

The drivers side was a bit of a pain, i had to get some picks to help unclip the wiring harness out of the way. I had the hardest time with the foward most plug on the drivers side. Glad i did the drivers side first before doing the passenger side, passenger side was a breeze
I just pulled the plug from one my cylinders on my 200t. They look quite different between the upper threads and lower threads. The upper threads look a little burnt, while the bottom looks more like the plugs shown in this thread earlier.
Anyone know if this is normal or not?
Took out the rest of my plugs. This one looks like the insulator “blistered”
How much mileage is on the plugs?
While the top of the plug doesn't look the greatest, it's not terrible.
However, the porcelain where you thumb is shows some burn marks...indicating internal the seal of the plug is deteriorating.
Whatever the mileage, I would be putting new plugs in if they all look like that.
