Radio and navigation prolem

I have a 2010 lexus rx350 with unresponsive radio and navigation system,please tell me what DIY measures to take.

Press and hold the volume/on off button in which will reboot the system.
Have you checked the fuse(s)?
When did it last work properly?

i had a 2010 rx350 before I got my IS. My radio would turn off if I hit a certain bump or just sometimes randomly. Never figured it out. I also had a leaking head gasket. Water pump went out at 60k miles... overall a Lemon. Good luck, a cheap option would be pulling a radio from a wrecked RX350... lots of totaled rx’s being parted out.
