Do you plan on lowering the vehicle? You may run into some rubbing issues all around.

For a 19X9.5 you would be looking at a 265/30/19 or 255/30/19.
A 235/35/19 is basically close to a 245/30/19...which as you can see is clearly undersized.

If you went with the 255/30/19, you might just clear in the rear...maybe some camber arms might be needed.
The front is gonna rub for sure.
A 19X9.5 is a little much for the front. If it was an 18X9.5 you'd stand a better chance.

Was thinking about going for Verde Axis V99 wheels all around:
19x9.5 +38
Had 2 questions though, I know you recommended the 255/30/19 tire, but there's not that many tire selection for that, what other tires would you recommend?
You also said it might rub in the front, even with this tire / wheel set up, would it rub? I'm on RSR down springs btw

After some other fitment tests, the 19x9.5 +38 255/30/19 would be fine for a square setup.
As for selection, Tirerack has 19 different tires available in that size from Summer to All Season...and from top tier to low end brands. I can't imagine a wider selection than that.

You could try 265/30/19 also...Tirerack has a selection of 13 different tires in that size. I would avoid Michelins in this size.

I went on Fitment Industries and I can only run all seasons, they had 3 to choose from only but I'll check out Tire Rack as well

Fitment Industries is a good source of info, but honestly not the best source. They are probably a good starting point to then do further research after.
You'll see on Tirerack that you can pretty much get whatever tire you want...aside from Winters in that size.
Not saying you gotta buy from them, it's just a good website to see what's available.

Tire rack only has 1 all season tire which is the Michelin unless I'm inputting it incorrectly?

The search result was correct...they are showing 1 All Season tire available...and 18 other variations of Summer performance tires.
I didn't realize you were looking for an All-Season tire specifically. For the size I can understand why there aren't many All-season tires available...any reason why you want All-season over Summer tires?
At the end of the day All-Season is just a gimmick anyways...you can't really have a tire that's great in all seasons. If anything you stand a better chance with All-Weather tires...which are different from All-Season tires.

Echo Sasnuke, get the summer style for the cool wheels and put Winter treads on the stock rims.

Live in Jersey so didn't want to keep swapping but if I get new wheels that makes sense. Michelin Pilot Sport A/S3+ tires good in every single season even in snow

For a square setup I am currently running 245/40/18 on stock rims for my 3is, no rubbing issues and good grip.

Don't know why I didn't think of that. I wonder if I'd rub in the rear with a 40 tire vs the stock 35.. I'm lowered an inch on springs

If you're going with 19 inch rims, a 40 sidewall is absolutely out...the tire is going to be way too tall for a lowered car...this is taking into account the smallest 40 sidewall 19 inch tire you can get, which is 225/40/19.
