Mines holding its value pretty well, Has 34k on it, 2015 as well F sport package with all the accessories inside. Private retail is 36k trade in is 32k or so

Haha thats what book online is showing it's worth, Now to sell at that price is another story.

I have a '15 IS 350 F Sport RWD w/ Levinson and blind spot. My lease is up in June. 35k miles and KBB pegs the trade-in value at ~$26k (the sticker was $49.5k!). My lease buyout right now is $31.6k so I'm wayyyy out of the money.

I guess leasing this car worked out to be a better deal than I thought.

Anyone want to buy mine for $31k? :-) haha

Do you think Lexus and others (BMW) are taking a bath on these lease deals with 60%+ residual values after 3 year leases? It seems like they are only keeping about 50% of their value. Does this mean the lessee wins? How is this sustainable?
