The link says it’s for 2014-16, would it work for the 17&18 MY as well? Or is there a difference between the models trunks from 2014-16 and the 2017-18?
yes you should be fine with 17-18 MY trunks.
The only change to the trunk was the taillights and even that is interchangeable.
A spoiler will be no problem.

You'll be 100% fine. The ad for the international spoiler I installed above on my 17 IS also said it was for a 14-16 and it was a perfect fit. Just mention color code and name. Mine was ultra white and matched quite well.
Only reservation I have, they sent a strip of 1/4 inch double sided 3M tape, which didn't do the job. I'm guessing the strip I got was stale. So I went out and bought the 1/2 inch one and that fit very well. GL

Please do so, I’ve already ordered mine but would like to see what it looks like installed. Confirmation says it won’t be here until the 27th to April 2nd. I hate having to wait, but a picture would help in this case. Lol

I like the NA spoiler more than the International one.
