I have a Lexus IS 250 2015, after change the battery the radio/navigation display are black screen, however the rear camera function ok.

The USB ports not have correct function.

Thank You Spec for reply, I check the fuse under driver wheel and are OK. This car have other fuse location for radio and NAV? Thanks

There's typical two fuses for the radio/Navi. Might be labeled something else. Keep looking for another blown fuse. I believe you will find one

Did you ever resolve? I have the same issue. Suddenly nav screen is black, no radio, and no USB function.

What was the issue?? I checked fuses and none were bad.

It’s a recall For Lexus IS250 IS350 . me my little sister my good friend and his friend have the same exact car same model same year 2014 Lexus I S250 we have a blank screen we change the fuse for the radio the radio don’t work I’ve been driving like this for six months my sister been driving her car for a year she brought to the dealer they said they don’t know my friend brought it to a different dealer he just got the car 10 months ago and the mechanic told him I believe it’s your radio. So my friend I got mad at him after he told me he bought a new radio from them and GuessWhat the radio still doesn’t work SMH then they convinced him that this type of car when it rains water gets into the amplifier and damage it he checked his amplifier still good But he’s trusting them he just got the car from them and he bought an amplifier brand new spent thousands of dollars a few thousand still the radio still don’t work navigation system screen still black his friend same thing. So if you don’t think this is a ****ing recall you must be ****ing dumb. They want you to go there and ask for help so they can charger charger charger if you say it’s a radio and you by Brand New radio from Lexus and it doesn’t work. And I read through these and I seen hundreds and hundreds and hundreds with the same model same car have the same ****ing problem

There is no question the 2014 had more problems than most others. Lexus constantly has problems with their infotainment and navigation systems. The units were made by Pioneer. Most people have had success replacing the head unit but it has to be the exact same model code. The complaints were much less with 2015. There are some have tried to reset by renoving the battery and have had success in past.

Can you provide a reference showing where this radio issue is solved by a recall? I have never heard of such a thing.

There's never been a recall, there should be but never has been.

You could create a new thread if you want to discuss your ongoing issues. In any case, I would encourage reviving old threads only if you are certain you are experiencing the same issues as are in said threads.
