IS250 AWD First Snow Day
Today was the first snow-day with my new-to-me 2014 IS250 awd. It didn't take long before the wet stuff clogged up the parking assist sensors, and system shut down with a warning.
I switched on snow mode, and the car negotiated the drifts with aplomb and confidence, even at highway speeds. I have had 3 or 4 awd vehicles now (Subaru being the last two) and this one handles pretty much
as good as the others.... no fuss, no slipping or sliding unless you are very heavy with the accelerator. How it would perform in the snow was my only concern, and now I am fully satisfied.
