Driver seat bulged
I thought I was going crazy until I had someone else sit in my seat. There is a noticeable bulged that hits my lower back (yes, I've changed the adjustment settings to a multitude of different options,) so that's not it.
it feels as if I had someone in my back seat pushing that particular spot in. Any ideas?

When you said you changed the seat adjustments, did you also change the lumbar support? It's the big round button.
The lumbar support is the thing that pushes up against your lower back.
