Default Blinker not turning off

I just bought a 2015 is250 that had some front end damage. I had to get it fixed then take it in to the dealership to get the computer reprogrammed. After doing that once i turn the blinker on it stays on after i complete a turn. It won't automatically cut off. I have to push up on it to cut the blinker off. Is that normal?

No it's not normal.
Does it do it in both directions? Left and right?
Was any work down to the steering wheel or column?

It works fine, It just doesn't cut off after I complete a turn. The front airbags had to be replace including the one in the stearing wheel.

Ok...so the left and right turn signal works, but it doesn't cancel in either direction after you make a turn in that direction?
If it doesn't cancel in either direction after a turn, then is sounds like the cancelling mechanism in the switch/column is damaged/broken.
You'll need to removed the steering wheel to inspect where the switch is located to see what the issue is.
