I just got off the phone with Lexus Escondido who told me the 17+ non-f-sport might fit the 2014-2016 non-f-sport. That grille is way more attractive imo. Anyone have experience with this?

you'll need to do the '17+ headlights also then if you go this route.
Wiring harness connectors will be slightly different as well, (Do not think it will be plug and play)

damnit!! i forgot about the damn headlamps! i just can't win. charlie brown status, for sure.
edit: maybe just the grill insert, particularly the bottom portion where we have circular mesh will fit so the lateral bars will look more uniform. maaaaaybe?
The 17+ (rear) diffuser and exhaust is so much better than the previous version. I thought about converting it as well but not worth the cost. Have you tried using craigslist for conversion kits too?

doubt it.. body lines on the bumper changed. if you compare the older and newer grill, the newer grill runs lower into the bumper than the previous.
I checked ebay daily when I was wanting to do the conversion and I couldn't find a single clean OEM bumper. All the ebay sellers have damaged bumpers listed.
