Is there a TSB for the screen? I showed them the one for the ECU and dead battery. They just told me they would replace the screen if it looked like a warranty problem, which they wound up saying, didn't look like one.

I havent had a single good dealer experience yet. The closest one is 157mi one way, so I just have to live with the annoying issues I guess. At least it's not engine or transmission failure, right?

Lexus corporate just tells me that they can't make them do anything since they are all independently owned dealers. They make a "note" and that's it.

If there was a better alternative, I'd sell this car in a heartbeat and go to it, but there isn't.
