Got a small area where the paint was buffed off and am looking to touch up the paint myself. Does anyone know what color that is? Or better yet, the color code? It is the plastic piece on the front door armrest. Thanks. That grey piece

I don't believe that interior trim is assigned a paint code that you can buy touch-up paint for.
However, to find some paint, perhaps try a local parts supplier that can scan the trim piece and mix the paint for you.

Near me (in Canada) there is a UAP NAPA that has a scanner they can bring out to the car and place over the trim piece.
It's not very big, you can carry it in one hand...picture a 15" laptop that is about twice as thick.
Once the trim is scanned they can make either touch-up paint in a bottle with applicator or a spray can.
It costs a little, but nothing crazy, and the quality is really good.

I second NAPA. I haven't had them scan my paint before, but the touch up they made for me was a perfect match for my old Explorer and was fairly cheap (I think it was under $10 IIRC).
