Yes to TPMS and No to start stop.
And thank the stars it doesn't have Start Stop technology...what an annoyance.
If I want a hybrid...I'll buy a hybrid...actually I did own a hybrid.

Agree that start/stop is very annoying. I see Bimmers on the road with start/stop at red lights and stop signs where they literally stops for 2s.
Can you imagine bumper to bumper traffic every day? It is estimated that a car will perform almost half a million start/stop cycles within its life.
Your engine would be dead long before that though.

Lexus does include a start/stop on the IS in Japan, and I'm not sure what other markets (can't say about NSW). Not in the US.

IMO Start/Stop is a lazy excuse for a hybrid.
On average it will improve fuel economy 10-15%.
So if you get 500kms to a tank of gas, you could now get 550-575kms.
I'm not sure if I can put a price on the damage to my nerves having to drive a car with Start/Stop.
For the extra 50-75kms, I will pass and save my sanity.
