Yeah, the RC's are a tough sell. You would assume they would cost less than its counterpart (IS), being it is basically the same car, but in a coupe form. But, idk someone enlighten me

comparing stock to stock, my current 2017 IS350 F Sport sounds awesome compare to the Camry quiet of my previous 2009 IS350. the motors are the same, transmissions are different, but i doubt the sound improvement is from the tranny. the current IS350 has that deep throaty sound whenever i step on the accelerator unlike the previous gen IS350. anyone else notice this?

But Lexus body and trim are unique on a coupe and a sedan, coupe RC is too cool and Sedan IS is too cute, me i like the designed of IS so much, the front looks similar on every model but the side skirt and the rear looks amazing i admired the Lexus IS team design i wish i can give them a hug for great design, i personally like Coupe and refer to Coupe i also wish Lexus RC Coupe use the Body and trim of Lexus IS, i guaranty with Lexus Canada i will trade in my IS if they release an RC coupe with Lexus IS body/trim, or a Convertible 3gen IS would be awesome.

Loaded RC350, 54k. Loaded IS350 ~49.5k.
If anyone is looking for a brand new RC F (2016). There's 3 sitting in the showroom lmao. 20k mark down.

I had to give up my coupe due to kids. They hated it.

I do agree that the RC is more sporty and fun to drive as it sits lower to the ground/comes with 19s. But, it hard to justify spending 4-5k more on the RC for its minor upgrades/features.
I would love a coupe though, my first choice of car before I bought the IS350 was the FRS/BRZ. But, it was underpowered (I'm sure there are aftermarket option for MOAAR POWAHH).
Then, I checked out the M235i; the thing was a beast. However, being a BMW, I was afraid of the issues that may come. Plus, I found coupes to be very impractical =\
