Need Help w/ Wheel/Tire Fitment
So I own a 17 IS200t F-sport and am trying to make it a bit pretty.
Today I picked up some RSR Downs and found two local sellers with some interesting wheels.
The car is still completely stock and plan to run the springs.
One has Nich Form M157 Wheels with the following:
20x8.5 w/ 5x114.3 (All 4)
245/35/20 (All 4)
Toyo Extensa HP tires
The other has Vossen VFS2 Wheels with the following:
20x10 (All 4)
Fits 5x114.3/5x112 according to the post
265/30/20 Front
275/35/20 Rear
-55 Offset
Pirelli Run Flat tires
Do you think these will go on the car no issue?
I'm worried about the rear tire being a bit skinny at 245 and also any issues with my fender running the springs and wheels.
With the vossens I'm concerned for the size of the 265/275 tires and the 10 inch width

The Vossen setup above pretty much scares me. The tires seem really big for the rim size. If they actually fit on the car and he can drive it with full passengers and a full tank of gas, god bless him. I'm guessing he's on air.
The Niche wheels you didn't mention the offset, but I'll guess it's somewhere around +35.
The tire is a tad on the big side, but nothing crazy like the Vossen setup.
Have a look at my signature for specs on my 20" and build thread for pics on the car if you're worried about it being skinny.
I did notice on my setup that the left front wheel rubs on the inner fender liner slightly when the wheel is turned full lock to the right. I noticed it during a 3 point turn...I'm not sure about the other side...but really, how often are you at full lock.
Otherwise I've loaded the car with 5 passengers and a full tank, and no issues. Only 2 of the 5 passengers where adults though.

What do you reckon on the niche then? Like I said, my concern was the 245's, but as long as it won't cause any mechanical issues due to fitment, I don't mind.
I looked at your build thread (1st page) and just wanted to make sure, you're running RSR Downs (same that I'm installing today lol)?

Yep.. the RSR Downs have been installed for 2 weeks now. The pics at the beginning of the build thread was the day after they were installed.
Depending on the Niche wheel offset will really depend on final fitment.
With my setup I could have gone to a 245/30 20 also, so if he's selling it with a 245/35 20, it's not that much bigger.
If the Niche offsets are +35, +38, or +40, you will be fine in the back.
The front may rub at full lock, but I wouldn't foresee any other rubbing.
