New brake lights in a 2014

Can this be done? I noticed the brand new IS has different taillights with the facelift? Will these fit in the pre-facelift

Yes they ('17+ refresh) will physically fit older 2014-2016 car.
Good luck finding a set right now without paying dealership parts department pricing.
At most the hardest will be some wiring modification to get it to work if any at all./
